  2. At the Admin Panel, go to Plugins > Add New and Upload Plugin with the file you downloaded after purchase.
  3. Install  and Activate the extension.
  4. To start the configurations for this extension, go to WooCommerce > Settings > Support Ticket System at the admin panel and click the “General Tickets”.

In the general tickets tab, you can see a dashboard that provides you all the details about general tickets such as the number of total ticketsopen tickets, and close tickets.

You can also see all the general tickets received by you from your customers. You can search for any ticket using the search option.
